from what i could make out from the radio
ashton gets frustrated by the lack of supply in the centre and goes out wide to collect the ball. He then puts in some half decent crosses but there is no-one there to finish them. He of course thrives off crosses and through balls, and with no safri, marney or francis in the team, i'm not sure where those balls are supposed to be coming from. Maybe mcveigh could do a job just in front of the midfield, supplying ashton and jarvis, but this seems far from ideal. What's clear is that playing a 3 million quid striker on the wing is a f**king waste of money.
