I think it says a lot to admit mistakes were made all round.

I think now heads have cooled somewhat its obvious we had a bit of an over reaction.

No harm was done so the commercial side of the club gained some valuable free lessons in both internet commerce and maybe not to over react to a situation before all facts are clear.
Thus avoiding potential PR disasters!
