Best ever waccoe post, regarding our kit leak
A 17-year-old Norwich City fan has been called by the police after he spread photos of the club's new kit before its official launch. Chris Brown pulled the images of the strip from pages that were being updated on the club website. The Norwich season ticket holder apologised in an interview with the BBC, saying he "wouldn't ever want to hurt the club maliciously or spitefully". Norwich chief executive David McNally said the club has to take security breaches seriously: "We are the guardians of the football club whilst we're here, so we will protect our property." By the look of the official video to launch the kit, which features an enthusiastic Stephen Fry, the club's marketing team need all the help they can get.
Not sure why theyve done this, surely it was public domain as soon as it appeared on the Norwich City website.
Blame the web techs, not the lad? Thoughts?
