If they were-then surely they're in the public domain?

More fool the webpeople for putting them there, seems a bit careless.

It is a bit mountain and molehill. But a deep need to reveal what a new shIrt looks like hours before we all know anyway also seems a bit OTT-why the need to "be first with the news"?

If you say there is going to be a "big annoucement " about something or other then people are going to want to find it what it is. Just announce and reveal all at the same time, no need for the build up.

Its like the CMS saga again.
