Bloody nightmare.

Two computer's and two phones on since 8.45, Mrs got through on phone but was told nothing would happen till 9am phoned back straight away and phone line full !
Beginning to wonder if its worth being a supermember at all and makes me wonder how people who work 9 to 5 manage to get any.
