Some belated thoughts

There were two city's paying today, not one, SKY!

The other city, what can you say, they were as good a team as I have seen but then you should expect no less for a team that cost the amount of money that was spent on it.

6 1 is not a pretty score line, but I thought we were more than OK today. Before the first goal went in the game was a great end to end, after the restart we put them on the back foot and scored a good goal. I think in some ways being so massive and safe with 5 games to go did us no favours as we had nothing to lose, a more negative approach and maybe we would have only been beaten 3 1.

Not going to get too hung up on a drubbing and the errors. This is an exceptional team with an even more exceptional manager, definitely worth remembering our respective ambitions at the start of this season.
