Worthy has to go and go now before its too late

Last night was the final straw as far as i'm concerned. More poor team selections with another left back beiong selected in midfiled ahead of one of our esteemed managers main summer signings.

But above all the players just aren't doing the basics and every team looks sharper than us and more hungry. Midfield and defence were (and commonly are unless Saf is playing) all over the place and the way we folded was embarassing. Also once again we failed to perfom in the first half - a common trait of late.

I'm sorry but for all the excellent things Worthy has done for the club it is time for a change. Things have gone stale and he does not know how to sort it. All that the narrow wins over clubs like Brighton and Hull do is keep him in the job for an extra month. I have no doubt we will probably beat Sheffield Wednesday next week as well but that is not enough because every time we play someone decent we get found wanting. Until it changes we will just find ourselves marooned in midtable and will subsequently lose our best players in January or at the end of the season.

I for one am sick of watching us play so badly, so often. The board needs to act now decisively and try and breath some new life into our season.
