I dont want to see him go but he's not the same keeper he was. Personally, I think being in the England squad has been detrimental to his form- he wouldn't be the first player theyve fcuked up. Regardless of whether NW is a muppet or not he still has a job to do. I was watching him closely tonight (before and after the slip) and his whole demeanour is not good.He is not organising his defence - very quiet - and is staying on his line. He'll always make good saves but there are other aspects of his game lacking. I have a nasty feeling that if Kirkland is fit the tosser Eriksson will take James to Germany as his no3 "for his experience". get the impression that the England staff dont rate RG that highly.
