look at some teams above us

reading - s**t team but a manager who gets best from em (for now admittedly)
luton - no stars but a bloody good manager
leeds - some stars and a manager who has got em winning after some major s**t
watford - losing it a bit now but no stars young enthusiastic manager
cardiff - good manager on crap budget but turning em round
