Just back .....
.. don't listen to any cock from the radio about playing OK - the first half was some of the most shambolic and inept defensive work you are ever likely to see.
Luton have an "old-fashioned" centre forward (i.e. pub player) who managed to push Davenport and Doherty around for half an hour - didn't look up for it. Green is getting increasingly sloppy and doesn't look as if he gives a toss. Ashton obviously has the arse - he gave our supporters what can best be described as a dismissive hand gesture after he scored (not a V, finger or w**kers in case youre wondering) - does he not expect to get booed off at half-time when we've let in four?
As we found last season, teams who are 3 or 4 up at half-time can usually take the second half off and thats what Luton did - not a bad side, hard working with no prima donnas, just like we used to be not so long ago.
Only consolation was that I thought that Jarvis and Ashton looked quite good together.
Apart from that though, and whether it's NWs fault or not, this is beginning to have the real smell of the end of Hamilton era.
