absolutely this. His confidence is shot which doesn't help when
he has relatively limited ability. Difficult one for the manager to handle but I think Wilbers is probably ahead in the pecking order for now.
His conficence will only return by scoring/creating goals but he looks incapable of either at the moment and I think maybe ILWT has run of patience for now.
