Nearly everywhere is permit near the ground now.
County Hall has a car park for the football, but it's expensive and crowded, I believe. There's some matchday ones that spring up on Thorpe Road near Clarence Road and The Coach and Horses, I think it's about a fiver. All are five minutes walk from the ground, but I'd get there as early as possible, maybe by 1330, if you can?
I'd allow a good hour and a quarter for getting there and parking from Crooomer.
