After that Penarol got stronger and came back into the game, got an equaliser early on in the 2nd half due to an horrific error by Herrera, he nearly f**ked up again soon afterwards but as they game wore on it seemed to be heading for a draw. U.de.Chile did stay patient, kept the ball well and waited for a chance, which came in the last minute of injury time, poor goalkeeping by Carini allowed Rodriguez to calmly take it round him and fire home through a crowd of Penarol players.
