Mine came and only showed 2tb, and had to search forums to ask why

similar to yours, I had to format the second partition with Freecom's software stuff too

It's tainted it slightly, althought I can live with 2 partitions I guess

I should have stuck with Western Digital, costs more, but have never done anything like that
