been doing that since Windows 95 dubs.....

if you type services.msc in the start, run bar you'll see a service called w32time running - that connects to either the web (as yours is) or a central server (as ours at work do) to set the time - I've just realised I've got to go into f**king work tomorrow to manually set the time on our Unix Kerridge server.
