Sed to quality coaching at a young enough age.and partly cuz of british coaches insistence of picking kids who are big lumps and quick,and maybe cuz our kids arent hungry enough.theyve done thd coaching thing to death on talks**te.i cant give u exact figures but there are about 3times as more coaches in germany and something similar in spain,than what there is in england.
