For the perfect fish finger sandwich......

2 slices of buttered bread (preferably artisan)
Grill 4 fish fingers (Cap'n Birdseye) until golden brown and crunchy.
Spread a layer of tomato sauce on one piece of bread and a layer of tartare sauce on the other piece.
Place grilled fish fingers on tartare sauce side.
Add sprinkle of salt n pepper.
Place tomato sauce piece of bread on top.
