I have had nothing went down to ground to question this
The woman was a right moody b***h, no customer service skills at all. Told her I posted the debit form back but received no receipt a, in previous years, she didn't want to know. Said as long as I have the debit forms and posted them that's ok
I asked her what if they got lost in post will they charge me higher price for not essentially renewing, she said as long as I posted them its ok. Utter rubbish
