Re Bruges question earlier
Bruges Zot Brewery tour at the half moon brewery in town is very nice
To escape centre if busy, nice walk out of centre along canal and back around past windmills is nice. Some self guided walk from tourist map
Oh and all the old buildings and s**t obviously!
