Depends On Colour Of Blood

Bright red and fresh-probably a popped haemarroid or an anal fissure. Spot of ointment usually suffices, although they can be lanced apparantly. Am a martyr to them so have had a few bathroom panics but all reverts to normal with more liquid and fibre in your diet.

If its dark red/black in colour or a bit tarry-that is worth getting checked out, but even that doesn't necc mean its a cancer.

If its draining out of you like water from a tap-hm, bet see someone about that ASAP.
