Item is listed
You see plenty of bids for smaller value type items (my guess here)
There's plenty of bidding from eBay buyers, probably involved with your employer
You are paid with cash?probably involved with your employer
The source of this cash is questionable
You pay your employer his cash back, less fees and ?150
The cash is now clean, having come from a reputable source
Once you get a few smaller things through and are trusted the value of sale items go up
