Said the club need to stick to their principles from the last 3 years.

Compared us to the Ipswich side that got promoted and did really well in their first season. A young mainly British side, keen to impress and do well for the club.

Second season, they splashed the cash seeking 'names', and trying to 'push on' and looked what happened their.

He said Lambert should stick to signings such as Howson and Bennett. Promising, talented youngsters, keen to get a chance.
