The only thing that I find galling about paying ?1 million for Marshall

is the fact that we signed Gilks on a free a week earlier! Grant spunks all that money on keeper (although a good one) and has the temerity to moan about not having money to replace the contract claue duo. He also wasted nearly a couple of million on Cureton and Dave Striker!

For me, Gallagher was barely a proffesional standard keeper, I remember all our fans fawning over him during that four game run he had (when Green was injured) in 05/06 due to some overly erratic flash bulb theatrics, he was barely even a good shot stopper, and the rest of his game...

I liked Warner but like you said, he lacked a little something, probably didn't help that he had the agility of a statue, although he was pretty solid and controlled his box.
