Hughes and Jarrett are nothing more than unskilled journey men.
Marney has a good cross but have proven he's no winger.
Huckerby has pace and skill but chooses to waste it by dropping deep and hugging the touchline. He?d be much more effective running on to balls instead of dropping back to collect the ball. When was the last time one of our wingers ran on to a through ball?
Our central midfield does *NOTHING* to support the strikers during an attack.
If I were Ashton I'd stick two fingers up to the club and demand a transfer in January. He's our best player since Chris Sutton and we're totally wasting him.
