Ch4 Dispatches last night about concert tickets

What it told me is that if I,m desperate for a concert ticket , They are touts in all but name , but unlike other touts you have a very good chance of getting your tickets ... at a price

Checking this morning I see they have Blur tickets at Hyde Park for sale just been a pre sale for certain BT customers as far as Im aware and general sale today ... its a joke
