at the moment the Government are just waiting to see the result of their appeal against the Information Commisioner's ruling - should they lose the appeal and then still not publish the Risk log then that's them using the 'nuclear' option (happend with cabinet minutes and the Iraq war under Labour and cabinet minutes and devolution under both Labour and the Coalition)

my point about Labour not previously publishing this info when asked is just me pointing out that the government isn't suddenly hiding something that was previously known - which once more would be 'a bigger deal' would it not?
