Part of the problem is Holt's phenomenal work rate.

He just makes every other striker look lazy and disinterested by comparison. We saw it with Chris Martin also. Clearly Morison isn't instructed to go and chase every lost cause so doesn't. Holt just does it whether Lambert wants him to or not.

Jackson doesn't help them either but then it probably IS his job to harry and chase down the defenders and keeper.
