I got stung with a fixed
it`s a chance you take so not complaining.
I have 5.9% which wasn`t bad at the time but then interest rates nosed dived.
Bank wasn`t sympathetic about helping me out. Big old get out clause.
It runs out in December so no doubt they`ll be begging me to have another of their super dooper tied in for donkey`s motgages.
I might tell them to "do one" an move it
