Agree

Lambert needs a few wins against the big clubs over the next year or two or win the FA Cup to be considered for a job like Spurs. At the moment he could well go to Villa but I'm not sure he would want to, he's basically built up so much here I think it's worth more to him than getting a move to a club like Villa.
