agreed. doherty signing does suggest he still has a tendency

to make rash signings when he's running out of time. (And that feels true more generally to me - eg plenty of those early loan signings, and more recently Graham Stuart.)

so lets hope he gets things sorted nice and early this summer. No holiday for you until we've got something like a squad, Nigel.
