I think Worthys role is overlooked too.

took us into the PL with good team spirit (ala lambert)

Then brought in mercenaries who all left as soon as they had no longer had use for us.
Did nothing with the para payments either.

The board took too long to sack him as the crowd were toxic for a while.

The fact Worthy has had little to no success since he left Norwich kind of backs up the thinking that he might have been more lucky than good.

FWIW I am biased because I f**king hated his postmatch interviews where he would lie about the performances when we got well beaten.
That s**t would monkey tilt the piss out of me.

Lambert showed the way to do it after the Sunderland game. You hold your hands up and say we didnt turn up on the night.
