Sunderland was hard work
Left here lunchtime on Weds and drove up to Sunderland. After the game drove down to that London and arrived at my hotel at 4 am, up at 8 did a days work and drove home. Fuckin nackering.
Haven't read any post match reports but my take was that Sunderland were well organised and very disciplined. Average players but they showed restraint giving us very few opportunities. We were completely exposed down the wings and everyone around me was calling for Pilks/Benno to come on. To be fair if Lambo had made the changes earlier I think we would have still lost, probably 1-0 rather than 3 but there we go.
General view of Sunderland fans leaving the game was that they couldn't believe how poooeer we were. Hopefully we will learn from this. Song of he day
"three nil down, don't give a f**k, we're Super Norwich and we're staying up!"
