At half time we need to lose one of Crofts/Johnson and get Fox on...

Lose one of Wes/Holt/Hoolahan and get Pilks on...

This formation isnt working at all right now..Crofts and Johnson TOGETHER in the midfield just lacks Premier League quality. Too much graft, too many touches needed. We can get away with one, we need one in there to break play up, but not two..especially if there's no real width.
