No way in the world Ward will start (looked way off fitness playing for the reserves). i'd be amazed also if Vaughan, Steer or lappin do. What would be the point in putting out such a strong side against Burnley if you are then going to play a second string in the next round.
Tierney will probably come in. Wes as well. Bennett may get a start and Jackson will probably play up with Holty but we won't see 8 or 9 changes like you are predicting.
