'Only Grant Holt has conceded more fouls per minute than Mario Balotelli in the Premier League'

I find it really hard to believe that reputation counts for nothing with refs when I see this. Grant 'lower league battering ram' Holt and Mario 'loose cannon' Balotelli topping the fouls per minute charts seems very convenient. It would be nice to think that these media images are formed because of the stats, but I don't think they are. They're entirely self-fulfilling.

Anyway, surely minutes per foul would be a fairer measure? Surely even WFLGH can't commit more than a foul per minute!
