well
was in a rush to work at 630 this morning and forgot my wallet with door key in it so locked out all day. got f**king annoyed at work about it as no money, so kicked the wall, the dropped something on my foot, then told a colleague to f**k off, then called him a fat c**t and then calmed down.
gutted really.
