It depends, does he just want to be aFootball manager who manges the 1s team or
does he want to Manage the whole Club, he has a big part to play in player development, the Academy set up could change dratically were he is working with real young talent. I think the job is only a bit done & Culverhouse & McNally are key players behind any Lambo decision.
