agreed, have to give him a season or two

The main thing about AVB is he's all about tactics and knowledge of the other team, I think many teams have managed to surprise him this season, by either him not really knowing as much as he would like about them or the opposition changing their tactics just for Chelsea so whatever plan he had beforehand was thrown away.
