While on the subject of QPR

What is it with Jay Boothroyd? When ever I have seen him play he has looked a really good player. Got QPR back in the game at Carrow Road, scored a hat full at Cardiff, good goals too. Yet he can't get in a poor team and is behind good in the air useless on the ground Helgusson. Attitude I suppose.
