Lambert has proven his skill at man management, getting the best out of players through showing trust in them and giving them an opportunity.

Case in point, Peterborough reject Russell Martin.

I'm hopeful of seeing Elliot Bennett make strides, that single cross (and the fact he was a handful yesterday) could do wonders for him. Great to see a number of the players go straight to him to celebrate yesterday as well.
