O aye, yeh: venison

I followed the cooking instructions so as to make it 'medium rare'. Apparently that means 'pissing blood like a slashed jugular'. Thank evvins for a microwave! Could've spoiled my crizzy dinner, that. I thought 'medium rare' meant 'still a bit pink in places'?
