talking about how they were trying to reclaim the word for the black community. Then he went out and met kids whose lives had been ruined by racist abuse at school and the use of it as a weapon towards them, and he changed his opinion.

People like Snoop regard it as a type of black person - a bit like we use the word 'chav' - and reckons that people who aren't one should not be offended by it.
