yeah thats the audio driver

go to control panel, system properties, device manager, sound video and game controllers. you'll probably see a ! in a yellow triangle. even if you don't, remove the drivers and restart. then you reinstall them when prompted. if you don't have the original cd then you might need to hunt around on the internet for the drivers.
