Not many other teams are picking up points this season

How many teams had less points than Blackpool did at this stage last season?

If we finish with the same points as Blackpool did we could still maybe finish in the top of the bottom half of the table. Or not.

I don't know, we need some kind of prediction table or something. Can anyone do these?
