Egg banjoes?

The fried egg sandwich Sir as known throughout HM Forces. So called because after one takes the innaugral bite one realises that one has dribbled runny egg yolk down ones shirt. The ensuing one hand in the air other brushing off the offending egg yolk is reminiscent of someone playing the banjo. Hence "egg banjo".
