Noone compared Teachers (starting salary 21K up to 31K in 5 years; Advanced Skills Teachers and 'Excellent teachers' salaries can move to 50K; Deputies and Heads can move to 100K) and Nurses (start 21K) to an easy job like Underground Drivers (on over 40K a year)
