My point being
That under the current rules, some of the players that fall into Ipswich's 90min catchment area are currently ineligible to sign for us.
Under the new rules, if we went to category 1, and they were category 2, we would be able to target the players previous ineligible to us, while they were still restricted by the 90min rule.
