Union blackmail
Just had a conversation by the coffee machine with a work colleague; his other half is a teacher in her first year in a teaching job. She has been told, all unofficial of course, that if she didn?t strike, it is highly unlikely she would be supported by her union when or if she needed it.
Nice.
