If they go on general sale then it's a free for all...
if they do invoke the priority scheme then a member with no stubs is in group 4, whereas if you have 10 stubs from the last 12 months you'll be in group 3.
Group 1 - Away ST
Group 2 - Home ST with 10 stubs
Group 3 - Home ST without stubs / Members with 10 stubs
Group 4 - Member without stubs / Non-member with 10 stubs
Group 5 - Not a real fan!!
