I think this quite an unfair reaction

By all means criticise Sellers where it's due, but I've bought tickets from him in the past at face value and with no problems. Conversely, I've had buyers for spare tickets from off of on here drop out on the day, albeit for good reason. Sometimes circumstances changes, y'know.
